My Approach to Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)

As part of  consultancy, I leverage the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) approach to provide in-depth insights into the value for money of various interventions, particularly those that are difficult to compare directly. This methodology helps us evaluate the fairness and effectiveness of funding by mapping the flow of resources from those who invest in an intervention to those who benefit. These insights inform the development of innovative investment models, enabling local partnerships to adopt a collaborative approach to resource allocation and benefit-sharing.

CBA methodology is widely applicable and has been used across sectors for interventions including family support and early help programs, employment and skills initiatives, health and social care projects, early years’ service models, and reforms in criminal justice and emergency services. We bring this robust analysis framework to your organisation, ensuring that each initiative is both effective and equitable.
