For example, with the FIF Early Help Project, I’ve delivered a cost-effective solution that averages £240 per service user, compared to higher statutory service costs. By diverting just 15.6% of service users (or 1,685 of the 10,834 FIF participants), I achieve a positive net budget impact and savings of £712,000 over 10 years. This model promises a 128% return on investment and an 8-year payback period, demonstrating real community and financial benefits.
